Key Responsibilities: - Accurate Documentation: Deliver finance and leasing documents to customers with high accuracy and efficiency. - Smooth Settlements: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth settlement process for novated leases. - Customer Support: Generate and issue settlement documents, assist customers with queries, and follow up on documentation. - Dealer Coordination: Liaise with dealers and after-market providers to ensure vehicles are ready at settlement. - Financier Liaison: Submit documents to financiers and coordinate the settlement process. - Sales Fulfillment: Act as the nucleus for sales fulfillment, providing information and follow-ups to customers and stakeholders. - Professional Representation: Uphold the company's values and encourage ethical behavior. - Compliance: Adhere to internal policies, external regulations, and privacy requirements.
