Join BDO as a Vacationer in our Consulting team in either June 2025 or November 2025 BDO is one of the world’s leading audit, accounting, advisory and consulting firms. We provide a range of services to clients of all sizes and industries across Australia. As a Vacationer, you’ll see firsthand how our Consulting team provide professional client service in areas such as strategy, operations and transformation. They dive into the detail of each client and focus on supporting them in growing revenue and improving their business processes. You will have exposure to a variety of current consulting projects, ranging across multiple industries and clients. You will support the team with analysis of data, gathering, interpreting, and presenting information, as well as involved in client meetings. What you’ll get: - 4-week program completing full-time, paid work experience during the university semester break - Support from your buddy and manager - Networking and social activities with your vacationer cohort and the wider firm - Innovation activities which bring the cohort together - Opportunities to learn and develop both technical and people skills - The little things like free brekkie, healthy snacks and dress for your day - To experience a culture of opportunity, connection, community, and impact What you’ll offer: - Your willingness to apply your knowledge from your relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree. Due to the variety of consulting, we’ll consider a wide range of degrees across Business, Commerce, Law, Engineering and Science for this vacationer role. - You will be in your penultimate or final year! - Your availability to commence in June 2025 or November 2025 for 4 weeks. Length of program and available intakes may vary in each location.
