**The Role: ** Ready to lead impactful programs that drive business success? As a Program Manager, you’ll guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time using Agile methodologies. You’ll ensure alignment with business goals, manage risks, and resolve roadblocks. Your leadership will equip teams with the resources, processes, and tools to excel. If you have a proven track record in program and change management, with experience in fast-paced environments, this role is for you. Payments industry experience is a bonus but not essential. **What You'll Be Doing:** **Key Responsibilities:** - Define program scope, objectives, and key deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders. - Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration between product, technology, marketing, finance, and other relevant stakeholders. - Develop and maintain the delivery plan, tracking progress towards goals and managing dependencies across teams. - Monitor program performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. - Communicate progress and status to team members, senior management, and stakeholders. - Implement agile methodologies to improve efficiency, transparency, and adaptability. **Planning & Delivery:** - Manage dependencies across product, technology, and stakeholders to ensure timely and on-budget delivery. - Ensure risks and issues impacting the roadmap are identified and escalated as needed. - Provide direction to teams, ensuring progress is tracked and resources are aligned with roadmap requirements. **Change, Communication & Reporting:** - Apply change management to address roadblocks and challenges. - Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. - Provide clear and concise program updates to leadership, including steering committees and board updates. **What We’re Looking For:** **Core Skills:** - Extensive experience in program management - Proven ability to lead complex, cross functional initiatives in an Agile environment. - Experience in Agile delivery methodologies and applying Agile at scale. - Expertise in planning, prioritising conflicting requirements (support and new features), and scheduling releases. - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly with senior leadership and external partners. - Expertise in risk management, budgeting and resource planning. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. **Bonus Skills: ** - Payments experience or familiarity with financial services, fintech or is highly desirable.
