A prestigious national design studio based in Sydney is seeking a Principal Architect to lead its multi-residential sector. This role is designed for a highly experienced local architect with at least 15 years of dedicated experience in the sector. The studio welcomes applications from candidates currently in a principal position or those looking to step into a leadership role.Key Responsibilities:
- The Principal Architect will lead and oversee the design and execution of multi-residential projects from conception to completion.
- They will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative designs that meet client expectations and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Mentoring and guiding junior architects and design teams will be an essential part of the role, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the studio.
- Staying informed about industry trends, building regulations, and technological advancements will be crucial for enhancing design practices.
- The Principal Architect will manage project timelines and budgets while maintaining the highest standards of design quality.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the multi-residential sector, demonstrated by a robust portfolio of relevant projects.

- A solid understanding of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices is essential.
