- Bonus Structure: Earn bonuses for exceeding your billable hour targets, with 15% of the charge-out rate and an additional $30 per extra hour.

You will see 4-5 clients a day (maximum 5 billable hours a day which includes; travel, face to face consults and NDIS report writing), conduct initial assessments, create tailored therapy plans, facilitate therapy and write NDIS reports when required.

- Clinical Manager across every site who is always available and ready to support you in whatever you need
- Optional weekly, fortnightly or monthly supervision with a Senior SP with over 10+ years in the industry
- Flexible start and finish times & opportunity to work a condensed working week or 9 day fortnight if you wish
- Fortnightly multidisciplinary training and fortnightly (alternate) discipline specific peer supervision sessions
Team of 45 passionate, warm and friendly allied health professionals who value ongoing learning. They get together each quarter for team building events and adhoc social gatherings outside of the workplace such as; community fun runs, charity balls, dinners out, craft nights etc.
⭐Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Preference for minimum 2 Years post graudate experience
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license and own vehicle
