Description:

Our client is looking for a hands-on Product Marketer to shape their go-to-market strategy and drive growth across all channels.
As the first marketing hire, you’ll take ownership of product marketing, content creation, and community engagement, crafting compelling narratives that deeply resonate with users.
You’ll also experiment with different channels and formats to refine growth strategies. A strong startup mentality is essential as you’ll be pivoting quickly and running rapid experiments.
The goal is to build a standout brand presence, focusing primarily on organic marketing strategies to generate buzz and momentum.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the product marketing function, from go-to-market strategy to execution, across various channels.
  • Develop compelling narratives and content that align with product features and user needs.
  • Drive brand awareness and adoption through creative and organic marketing efforts (social media, content, campaigns).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering) to ensure marketing strategies align with product development.
  • Own community engagement strategies, building a loyal, informed user base.
  • Map and optimize conversion funnels through A/B testing, user feedback, and data analysis.
  • Analyze data to refine strategies and drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and drive continuous experimentation.
Key Skills:
  • Proven experience in a product marketing role, ideally in a start-up SaaS environment.
  • Strong content creation and campaign management skills.
  • Comfortable with rapid experimentation and quick pivots.
  • Excellent understanding of what drives user adoption and how to communicate value.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, especially in a technical context.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using tools like Google Analytics, PostHog, or similar.
  • Experience with organic and non-paid marketing strategies, including social media and content marketing.
  • Ideally, experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar for content creation or product use.
