Our client is looking for an expert CRM Lead with deep knowledge of Klaviyo. You will know the platform inside and out, leveraging data to drive impactful decisions.You thrive on relentless testing, optimising campaigns, and scaling high-revenue brands. You don’t just send emails, you build revenue-generating machines.
You’ll take full ownership of a $30M+ revenue stream, with the freedom to experiment, optimise, and transform email & SMS strategies in eCommerce. If A/B testing, segmentation, and lifecycle automation aren’t your passion, this role isn’t for you.
Onsite 5 Days | Sydney
What You’ll Own:
- Growth & Revenue: Own the email & SMS channel and scale it.
- Automation & Flows: Optimise flows to drive revenue.
- Creative & Copy Testing: Direct, test, and iterate creatives.
- A/B Testing at Scale: Constantly experiment with subject lines and lifecycle flows.
- Reporting & Insights: Deliver weekly performance breakdowns on revenue per user, new sign-ups, and flows by country.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with the creative team to deliver high-converting campaigns.
- One of the best Klaviyo experts out there.
- Entrepreneurial – you treat email & SMS like a high-performing business unit.
- Data-obsessed – your decisions are backed by performance insights.
- A/B testing everything – constant iteration to increase revenue is your thing.
- A winner–average isn’t an option.
- 5+ years scaling Klaviyo email & SMS marketing (DTC/eCommerce preferred).
- Managed $30M+ revenue accounts with direct responsibility for growth.
- Worked across AU, UK & US markets and understand consumer behaviours.
- Thrived in high-performance environments where results drive decisions.
- Understand the urgency of eCommerce – revenue doesn’t sleep.
- Choice of Sydney or UK – fully onsite, 5 days per week.
- Autonomy to own and scale a key revenue-driving channel.
- Work with a high-growth brand that values performance and innovation.
