A leading pathology provider and leader in blood born diseases is seeking a customer service officer to handle high volume calls relating to patient accounts. You will be providing information and processing payments.The role requires the following -
Handling high voulume calls in a call centre format with call volues exceeding 100 calls a day and providing exceptional customer service skils in resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Excellnet professional phone manner and strong attention to detail
