An e xciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant to join a rapidly growing firm in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. This is their newest office, which is one of 3 in Sydney. About the Role:

• As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of clients of mostly family groups, and SMEs. Some of their clientele are quite complex and there will also be exposure to internationals with over $1bn in revenue.

• You will be responsible for reviewing compliance, researching tax issues, assisting the partner with advisory work, and virtual CFO services while managing day-to-day client relationships and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• You will mentor junior staff, reviewing their work and providing guidance to support their professional development.

• You will have the opportunity to be involved in strategic business decisions, working closely with the Partner on the firm’s growth trajectory

About You:

• At least 3 years of accounting experience within public practice in Australia

• Strong knowledge of XERO and other accounting software.

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their unique needs.

• A proactive and eager-to-learn mindset, looking to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic firm.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
