You'll be responsible for supporting the commercial success of the boutique while embodying the brand's commitment to refined aesthetics and contemporary femininity.
Your first 12 months will be a journey of professional growth, where you'll:
  • Support a high-performing team in the RTW women's fashion retail landscape
  • Develop your commercial acumen through involvement in strategic sales initiatives
  • Help cultivate a culture of exceptional client experience and brand loyalty
  • Assist in bringing the brand's design philosophy to life through impeccable boutique presentation
  • Prepare for future progression to a Boutique Manager role

What You Will Be Working On
This role is about more than assisting with boutique management -- it's about contributing to a holistic client experience that reflects our client's design philosophy. You'll be responsible for:
  • Supporting the implementation of commercial strategies to achieve boutique sales targets
  • Assisting in leading and developing a team of passionate retail professionals
  • Taking ownership of client relationship management in the Boutique Manager's absence
  • Helping maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand's refined aesthetic
  • Managing inventory and loss prevention with meticulous attention to detail
  • Contributing to team development and performance management
  • Stepping into leadership during the Boutique Manager's absence

What Type Of Person Will Be Successful

We're seeking a dynamic retail professional who embodies this brand's commitment to intelligence, craftsmanship, and contemporary elegance. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in fashion
  • Strong leadership potential and excellent communication skills
  • A results-driven mindset with proven ability to contribute to KPIs
  • Sound problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
  • An understanding of sophisticated retail experiences
  • Aspiration to grow into a Boutique Manager role
