The Client

The Role
You will play a crucial role in supporting the Unified Communications (UC) Sales / Product team and grow UC sales within the business by preparing accurate quotes, contributing to sales growth, and establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver accurate and timely quotations for customers
- Interact with suppliers to secure special pricing and special-order items
- Review requests for quotes (RFQs) and ensure all necessary information is obtained from UC Sales / Product team and customer
- Work with Sales team to identify and communicate opportunities for upselling / cross-selling
- Provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information for all products and services requested
- Manage and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Provide information to customers regarding products, delivery, and promotions
- Manage all assigned sales calls to drive customer engagement, sales and business growth
You will have:
- Minimum 3 years’ customer service, sales support and/or telesales experience
- Experience in quoting or technical pre-sales
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Core understanding and enthusiasm for UC technology or background in IT
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise, organise and good time management skills
- Must be resourceful and able to solve problems swiftly, using own initiative
- Experience working with MS Office and CRM software, and appetite for learning new technologies and platforms
