The Opportunity
They are looking for an exceptional receptionist to join their team. In this busy role your day will include some of these tasks: meeting and greeting clients, answering phones, managing a busy email inbox, maintain and update client databases, booking meeting rooms, lodging tax returns, scanning and filling.
About you
To thrive in this role, you will need to be:
- Proficient in the use of MS Outlook and Word and Microsoft Suite
- Professional etiquette and customer service oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and is a team player
- Ideally you will have more than 1 year of Administration experience Public Practice Accounting firm.
- Like structure and process!
