The Opportunity
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Production Team – Caravan Assembly. In this role, you will be an integral part of the caravan assembly process, ensuring that every vehicle we produce meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. If you have a strong work ethic and a passion for hands-on work, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the creation of Australia’s leading luxury off-road caravans.
What You’ll Do:
We have a range of divisions across our production facility. Depending on your skill set and alignment with available opportunities, your focus areas may include.
- Chassis/Subfloor Assembly – Structural Preparation, Suspension Integration, Utility/Electrical Routing, Insulation, Sealing, and Flooring Installation tasks.
- Cabinetry/Joinery – Assemble custom cabinetry and furniture for luxury caravans, ensuring precision, quality, and collaboration with skilled tradespeople.
- General Assembly/Piece Work – Assemble and fit walls, roofs & caravan components with precision, following technical drawings and standard operating process/procedures.
- Silicone Sealing – As a member of the sealing team, you will be involved in all daily sealing work on the caravans and will be an expert in all things sealing.
- Electrical Assembly – 240V/12v electrical team assemblers to play an integral role in ensuring our caravans are equipped with high-quality, reliable electrical systems.
Skills and Experience:
- Trade qualifications relating to the various divisions are highly regarded but not essential (Mechanical/Fabrication/Electrical/Cabinetry/Joinery).
- Great ability/experience working with a variety of hand tools is a must.
- A strong work ethic, professional attitude, and trustworthy character are key to success in this role.
- Prior experience in caravan production or a similar manufacturing environment is desirable, but not essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contribute to a positive work environment, and meet production targets.
- Certifications: Forklift, Working at Heights, First Aid, or other relevant industry certificates/licenses are desirable but not essential.
- Passion for working with your hands and producing high-quality products.
