Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 + Superannuation

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and review the utilization of personnel, facilities, equipment, and materials in our operational processes across existing and new locations.
• Analyze current operational practices to recommend improvements in the efficiency of our removal and relocation services, with a focus on supporting the company's expansion into new cities in Queensland.
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies for various commercial and industrial environments within the company, ensuring scalability and adaptability to new markets.
• Lead and manage projects related to the expansion, including setting up operational processes in new locations and ensuring a consistent standard of service.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and practices, both in existing operations and in expansion efforts.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new processes in new locations, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and safety regulations, especially in the context of establishing operations in new cities.
• Play a key role in strategic planning for expansion, providing expert insights and recommendations to support DNS Removals' growth objectives.

Qualifications:

• Degree qualified in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a process engineering role.
• In-depth knowledge of operational process improvement and efficiency techniques.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software.
• Strong management, analytical, and technical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to critical thinking.
