About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Commercial Roofer to join our clients team. The role focuses on commercial and industrial work, covering all aspects of metal roofing. This is an opportunity to work with a reputable company that offers above-market salary and values its team with performance-based bonuses and opportunities for upskilling.
Duties:

• Installing, repairing, and replacing metal roofing systems on commercial and industrial buildings.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Problem-solving on-site challenges and providing solutions.
• Ensuring safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Supervising and mentoring labourers and other tradesmen as needed.
• Leading by example and maintaining a high level of workmanship.

Work Locations:
Most of the work is local (90% between Gold Coast and Brisbane). The company has ongoing relationships with reputable builders, ensuring a secure job and pipeline of work.
Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience as a metal roofer essential
• Proficient in all aspects of metal roofing installation, problem-solving, and ability to think ahead on the job.
• Current driver's licence.
• White Card.
• Working at heights licence.
• Must have own tools
