Working as a People Analytics Partner, you will be providing strategic advice to HR and the business leaders, applying statistical techniques and organisational psychology principles to solve workforce challenges.
You will play a key role in ensuring data consistency and quality, working closely with HR data owners to establish reliable data foundations for analytics and decision-making. Translate complex analytics into clear, compelling narratives.
Ensure HR data is consistent, reliable, and well-defined for analytics and reporting through regular engagement with HR data owners to maintain clear data definitions, resolve discrepancies, and drive alignment.
Key accountabilities of the role will have you:
- Provide high quality, accurate and timely workforce analysis and reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for standard workforce reporting processes, focusing on automation, and reducing manual effort.
- Manage and coordinate ad hoc reporting requests, ensuring responsiveness, accuracy, and suitability.
- Provide expert advice and interpretation of People data.
- Build capabilities within People and Culture and the business to utilise report tools in a self-service manner.
- Act as the subject-matter expert on People and Culture projects involving workforce reporting and IT systems.
- Identify efficiencies and opportunities for improvement in business process and reporting.
- Develop dashboards and reporting, drawing data together from a wide range of data sources.
- Oversee system administration and support, ensuring effective operation and user support and resolution of enquiries.
- Proven ability to quickly gain knowledge and skills in HR systems,
- Deep understanding of people data,
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable insights,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven experience in coaching staff in the appropriate use of Client Information Systems.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Southern Cross Care Queensland (SCCQ) is a Catholic not-for-profit organisation established by the Knights of the Southern Cross, more than 40 years ago. They saw a need to provide compassionate care and inclusive service to some of the most vulnerable, the ageing population, in the community.
