Our client is seeking a highly experienced Occupational Therapist to support adults living with acquired or traumatic brain injuries, neurodegenerative and/or neurodiverse conditions.Based in Brisbane, they provide community-based therapy, helping clients achieve greater independence and improved quality of life

- Salaries from $110,000 - $123,000 + Super
- Adult Caseload based in community settings with WFH for admin & central space for in person team meetings
- 50/50 split of caseload to managerial responsiblities - support clients and service development
You will support a caseload of 12-13 adult clients across the week in their home or community settings, providing Occupational support and equipment prescription when necessary.
In addition to your caseload responsibilities, you will:
- Provide clinical education to the team on your areas of skill and passion
- Provide supervision and support to team members
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal certification requirements and complete required training promptly
- Contribute to quality improvement activities with support from the Director's guidance
- Assist in identifying growth opportunities and expanding services
- Introduce and implement new practices and technologies to enhance care delivery
- Competitive above award salaries, starting at $110,000 - $123,000 + Super
