We are looking for a driven Storeperson to join our team at Haymans Electrical in Bundaberg, QLD on a permanent full-time basis.
Work hours are Monday to Friday, approximately 7:30am - 4:06pm with one Saturday every 3 weeks 8am – 11am.
Your new role:
As our new Storeperson, you will be on the go throughout the day, involved in all general day-to-day store and warehouse operations, including (but not limited to):

• Receiving goods from suppliers, ensuring they are undamaged and match the orders placed.
• Stock administration, including entering new stock on computer register and coding goods.
• Completion of cyclic stock takes and rotating stock.
• Stocking shelves ensuring the safe storage of goods.
• Picking and packing orders that are due to be dispatched to customers.
• Ensuring the warehouse is always immaculate and presentable.
• Ensuring goods are delivered to customers on time, undamaged, and obtaining signatures as proof of delivery.

To be successful in this role:

• You possess a “can-do” attitude, are hardworking and have a drive to progress and develop your career within the business.
• You are tech savvy and possess the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
• Ideally, you will have some experience in warehousing or customer service, but we are open to candidates at the start of their career who have the right attitude.
• You are fit and energetic and physically capable of manual handling up to 23kgs.
• You are proactive and autonomous but know how and when to be a team player.
• You have a valid C Class license with a clean driving record and ideally hold a forklift licence.
• Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately)
