Dalby Full-day Full-time

Description:

This role requires a highly professional, compassionate, and sales-driven individual with strong interpersonal skills. You will guide potential clients through our intake process, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident in their decision to engage with our programs.

While the focus is on nurturing inbound leads, you will also be responsible for outbound prospecting and re-engagement with potential clients already in our database. Additionally, you will be expected to facilitate warm handovers to alternative facilities within our network when appropriate.

The Opportunity

The Intake Consultant will hold responsibility for the following tasks and these will make up the majority of the work for the successful candidate:

Client Inquiry Management

- Promptly and empathetically respond to all inbound enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.

- Provide clear, professional, and compassionate information about The Banyans’ treatment programs and admission process.

- Conduct thorough suitability assessments, discussing clinical appropriateness, financial considerations, and client needs.

- Accurately record all interactions, assessments, and client progress in the CRM system.

- Perform outbound prospecting to re-engage leads within the database, following up on stalled enquiries or past clients.

- Facilitate warm, professional handovers to partner facilities (such as Palladium Private) if a client is not suitable for The Banyans, ensuring seamless continuity of care and positive outcomes.

Collaboration & Professional Development

- Work collaboratively with the Intake, Clinical, and Executive teams to ensure smooth client transitions and high-quality service delivery.

- Participate in regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and professional development sessions.

  • - Adhere to The Banyans’ Code of Conduct, fostering a respectful, supportive, and ethical workplace.

  • High-level organisational skills, with proficiency in CRM systems and other digital tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
