At Snooze, you'll be:
- Building relationships with customers in order to provide expert sleep solutions
- Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations – you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor, delivering an awesome customer experience
The part-time role:
Snooze Kawana is looking for a passionate Sales Consultant with a confident, genuine approach and a talent for building strong customer relationships.
This role requires working three days a week, with flexibility to cover extra shifts as required across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
You will bring:
- Retail experience in selling big ticket items (preferred, but not essential)
- The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
- Driven individual that has a high standard of customer service
- Confident and professional communication skills
- The ability to use a computer
- The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's
