Based in our Gold Coast Branch in Burleigh Heads, you will be working closely with the Branch Coordinator.

About You
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the construction or building industry preferred
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Reliable, driven and committed to both your success and ours
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively, even under pressure.
- Answering incoming calls
- General office work including data entry, photocopying, laminating, etc.
- Assisting Branch Manager with day-to-day operations
- Scheduling, confirming and allocating jobs for our team of Scaffolders.
- Liaising with installers and sub-contractors
- Reviewing install/dismantle photos and scheduling rectifications as required.
- Uploading of purchase orders and other documents
- Any task which may be required, in relation to administration duties required for the business.
- Collaborating with our Scaffolders and Contractors to ensure all jobs meets clients' deadlines.
