Spectra Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a hardworking Steelfixers labourer to join our client’s busy Precast team in Yatala. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with steelfixing experience or those comfortable working with tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role offers full-time hours with plenty of overtime available at penalty rates.

Your Role:

As a Steelfixer Labourer , your responsibilities will include:
Steel Fixing & General Labouring – Assisting with the preparation and installation of steel reinforcement.
Tool & Equipment Checks – Inspecting and maintaining power tools to ensure safe operation.
Working with the Team – Collaborating with the Foreman and Leading Hands to meet daily objectives.
Quality Control – Conducting post-pour QA checks and ensuring all work meets high standards.
Workplace Safety – Following strict health and safety regulations.
General Factory Duties – Assisting in daily operations, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Stock Management – Monitoring and reporting stock levels to support production flow.
Effective Communication – Coordinating tasks with team members and supervisors.
Who We’re Looking For:

Experience in steelfixing, formwork or concreting.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
A good understanding of workplace safety and compliance.
