Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain MEX systems across the business, ensuring consistency and reliability in meeting preventive and scheduled maintenance objectivesCoordinate purchasing processes to ensure effective supply of necessary materials and services while achieving best value for moneyDevelop and maintain appropriate documentation and systems that incorporate legislated OHS and Food Safety requirementsEnsure all plant items are entered and maintained up to date within the MEX systemTrain and support users (operators, maintenance employees, contractors, and suppliers) to be competent in their respective duties within the maintenance systemProvide regular reporting as specified by the businessSupport continuous improvement initiatives through effective implementation of maintenance management systems and processesManage relationships with contractors, service providers, and suppliers
Skills & Experience
Mechanical or Electrical trade certification, or relevant tertiary qualifications in Planned MaintenanceMinimum three years' experience in a manufacturing planned maintenance roleDemonstrated high-level MEX experience in a complex business environmentThorough understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, machinery operations, and preventative maintenance programsStrong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize effectivelyExcellent problem-solving abilities and communication skillsHighly developed MS Office skillsAbility to work autonomously while fostering teamworkSAP experience desirable
