Needing someone who is an accomplished team manager, who can deliver projects and bring in and find new business, however there is no pressure for this.
This is an opportunity that, based on your performance and success, could lead to a key role of this national consulting firm, including future directorship/ownership .
Serious about putting a strategy in place and will have the backing and support of key directors. Strong profit share plan in place where Senior and Management staff can make a decent bonus per annum not seen in the big companies.
