We are looking for a full-time Cellar Door Supervisor to inspire and lead our team on Bruny Island.
To be successful in this role you need to be enthusiastic, innovative, able to work with autonomy and have the ability to build, motivate and lead a fantastic team to provide the best customer experience. We are an iconic Tasmanian food tourism business, so experience in the Tasmanian tourism industry will be essential.
We are a growing business, this role can lead to further opportunities for the right person.
This is a full-time role rostered over a 7 day period, weekend work is required (this may be alternate weekends).
Essential requirements:
Hospitality experience
Leadership qualities
RSA
Food Handler Certificate
Excellent interpersonal skills
Retail experience
Passionate about cheese and beer!
Desirable requirements:
Knowledge of cheese and beer-making process (we will provide training for the right person)
Experience in rostering within a budget.
This role is based on Bruny Island and is only accessible by ferry. If you don’t live on the island, there is a transportation method available.
