About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Multimedia Specialist for our business located in Tasmania. This is your opportunity to become a vital member of the team in a collaborative and supportive manner. It is a full-time role.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Meet with clients to establish their expectations and needs and provide creative multimedia solutions for clients including informational videos, interviews, and promotional material for social media.
  • Generate and develop graphics, videos, animations, and other multimedia elements that convey the brand’s message in a memorable and impactful way.
  • Utilise multimedia software, tools, and interactive graphics to create immersive and user-friendly digital environments that resonate with the target audience.
  • Work closely with marketing members and developers to integrate multimedia elements into websites to optimize user experiences and ensure that visual content harmonizes with the overarching marketing initiatives.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and management of systems and devices ensuring a high level of client satisfaction at all times.
  • Create and expand the company online site through innovative images, digital animations, promotional images, interactive graphics, programming languages, video and audio for an engaging and functional user experience.
  • Analyze the performance of visual content through metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and audience demographics.

To be considered for this role you will require:

  • Minimum a Bachelor Degree in computing or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a similar position
  • Proficient in using at least two multimedia tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Cinema 4D, etc
  • Exquisite communication, consultative, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  • Super analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to effectively determine priorities and allocate high work volumes
