Role Overview
We have a range of casual and permanent opportunities available, for qualified and experienced Enrolled Nurses who are passionate about providing person-centered care. As a member of our Community Care team, you will support clients with personal care, medication, wound management, and other tasks. In this role, you will visit multiple clients in their homes within a single shift, delivering exceptional care and support. This role will also consist of providing coverage to our private school nursing program.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care within the scope of an Enrolled Nurse as per AHPRA registration.
- Build rapport and communicate effectively with clients.
- Provide observations and valuable patient feedback, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Accurately complete patient notes and relevant documentation and report any concerns or issues.
- Provide coverage to our private school nursing program.
About you
- Our ideal candidates will hold a Diploma of Nursing with at least 1 year of experience as an Enrolled Nurse, ideally in the community, aged care, or disability sectors. We seek individuals who can work independently and possess strong critical thinking, clinical decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is a commitment to delivering consistent, quality care.
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration
- Diploma of Nursing qualification
- National Police Clearance
- Unrestricted South Australian Driver’s License
- Working with Children and NDIS clearances
- Current manual handling, first aid, and CPR certificates
- Proof of mandatory vaccinations (including COVID-19 and Flu)
