As a Scrub Scout you’ll be part of a highly skilled surgical team, playing a key role in ophthalmic procedures. What We’re Looking For:
- AHPRA Registration : Essential for this position. You must hold current, unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Eligibility to Work in Australia: Full working rights are required. Visas are not supported by the employer at this time.
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience : Your extensive experience as a Scrub Scout Ophthalmic will allow you to bring confidence, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of ophthalmic procedures to the team.
- Outstanding Communication & Interpersonal Skills : You excel at staying calm, clear, and focused in high-pressure environments, ensuring seamless communication within the team and with patients.
- Commitment to Exceptional Patient Care : You are dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care, ensuring every patient feels valued and well-supported throughout their treatment.
