With the launch of our brand-new, 94-place centre in Elizabeth Downs , set to open in July 2025 , we are seeking passionate and experienced Assistant Director ( 2IC) & Educational Leader, Room Leaders, and Early Childhood Educators to be part of this exciting new chapter!
This is a unique opportunity to establish and grow a centre from the ground up , supported by an experienced leadership team and a well-established support office.
About the role:
- 2IC (Assistant Director) & Educational Leader – Support the Centre Director in daily operations, mentor staff, and maintain strong relationships with families. Drive the development and implementation of high-quality educational programs, mentoring and supporting educators to enhance learning outcomes.
- Room Leaders – Guide and inspire your team while overseeing the implementation of engaging educational programs.
- Early Childhood Educators – Facilitate learning experiences, build meaningful relationships with children and families, and contribute to a collaborative teaching environment.
- Certificate III/Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Working knowledge of the National Quality Framework including: National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Nurture authentic connections with our children and families through interaction, curriculum and documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
