As the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring the smooth running of lunch and dinner shifts. You'll lead a small team, ensuring high-quality food is prepared and served, and maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
What You'll Do :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient service during lunch and dinner shifts.
- Manage stock control and ensure the kitchen is always well-prepared.
- Prepare and cook a la carte-style dishes and bistro meals, bringing your creativity and flair to the menu.
- Supervise and support other kitchen staff, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
- Maintain a pristine, organised kitchen environment.
- Hourly Pay : $42.29 per hour (Loaded-Casual Flat Rate) or $36.09/hour Mon-Fri, $43.31/hour Sat, $50.52/hour Sun

- A Passion for Cooking : A love for creating delicious dishes and an ability to inspire your team.
