Our Next Proposal Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Proposal Administrator to join our growing proposals team! The Proposal Administrator will increase the efficiency of Okane’s proposal process by managing the development and components of competitive proposals for qualified opportunities and competitive bids. This global role focuses on the Oceania region and can be based in our Perth or Brisbane office.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Maintain and support the Global Knowledge Bank, which promotes ongoing improvement of ‘off-the-shelf’ and tailored proposal components, resumes, client references, and summaries of past projects.
- Develop and compile all proposal elements, effectively communicating the value proposition and adhering to core processes.
- Keep registration in tender and vendor registration systems updated and track opportunities.
- Assist with bid/tender requirements and finish prequalification forms.
- Monitor proposal status progression using Deltek VantagePoint EMP software.
Job Requirements

- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the same industry (mining, engineering, construction etc.) is regarded as an asset.
- Self-motivated attitude, willing to innovate and seek new solutions and efficiencies to support the team.
- Ability to thrive in collaborative settings or work independently.
- An eagerness and commitment to learn and grow beyond the role's parameters.
