We are on the hunt for a fun-loving Assistant Venue Manager to join us at our busy Perth location.This venue offers activities and entertainment for all as well as serving up some creative cocktails and mouth-watering meals.
About the Role:
- Assist the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations of the venue.
- Ensure staff are trained to a high standard to deliver great guest experience.
- Maintain high standards of compliance in regards to food safety, hygiene and public safety.
- Support the enjoyable and entertaining culture of the venue.
- Experience in a food and beverage hospitality environment is a necessity when applying for this role.
- A clear understanding of stock and labour control and how they affect the business.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- A passion around customer service and guest experience.
- Bring your quirky personality, the ability to laugh and bring a positive energy into the business.
- Stock control, experience in rosters and bookings management are all required.
