TEN Recruitment is working alongside a respected WA commercial builder, known for delivering high-quality projects across Perth. With a strong pipeline of awarded work, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of major commercial, education, and multi-residential developments.This role offers the chance to lead complex projects, manage high-performing site teams, and ensure the successful delivery of standout builds across the metro area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain workflow and quality standards.
- Enforce strict WHS compliance, conduct inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain safety on-site.
- Resolve site issues quickly to keep the project on track.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
- Keep site records updated and manage project reporting and procurement.
- Solid experience supervising commercial projects valued at $50M+ .
- Proven leadership with a hands-on approach to team management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of WHS legislation and Australian building standards.
- Proficiency in construction software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Perth-based experience and full Australian work rights.
- Earn up to $180k + Super | Negotiable based on experience
