Senior Speech Pathologist
Full-time and Part-time positions (0.6-1.0 FTE)
We are seeking passionate Senior Speech Pathologists to join a leading allied health provider in the Perth South Metropolitan region , including Armadale and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Speech Pathologists looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment.
About the Role
As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering community-based interventions in homes, schools, childcare centres, and other community settings, as well as at designated therapy hubs. Working within a transdisciplinary team, you will provide person-centred, evidence-based therapy to clients of all ages, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Caseloads are flexible, offering the opportunity to work with infants, children, adolescents, and adults with developmental delays and disabilities, including vision and hearing impairments, autism spectrum disorder, and other conditions.

What We're Looking For
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist.
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience delivering high-quality Speech Pathology services.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and deliver person-centred, evidence-informed services in various settings.
- Experience in mentoring and supporting allied health professionals.
- A current driver's licence, Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid certification, and proof of eligibility to work in Australia.
