About Your New Role:
We are offering a permanent, part-time opportunity to join our disability support services team on-site in Hillcrest. Each day will be unique, but shifts may include assistance with personal care, household duties, cooking and medication management. Above all, you will provide companionship and build meaningful, caring relationships.
About You:
- Excels in complex support environments, including In-Home Supports, Supported Independent Living, Clinical Settings, and Community Access.
- Experience in manual handling, epilepsy management and providing personal care including bathing, toileting and dressing
- Maintains effective communication and strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Has extensive experience working with complex support needs, implementing Positive Behavioural Support Plans.
- Can prioritise workloads and respond to emergent situations with ease.
- Is flexible and can work across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and overnights.

To be considered for this role, you should have or be willing to obtain:
- A current Open Driver's License.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- 1 year experience in the Disability Sector providing services to individuals with complex needs.
