We're thrilled to announce a new position for an Onsite Consultant within our Adecco Strategic business unit, reporting directly to the National Account Manager. This role is key to providing contractually required business services, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing casual workforce needs with one of our Global Partners.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Continuously improve through training and active participation.

- Ensure payroll deadlines are met and drive account profitability.
- Proactively manage candidate performance and client relationships.
- Conduct WHS functions to ensure the well-being of our associates.

* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.

Day and Night Positions Available
Payrate: $65,000/anum
Location: Kemps Creek, NSW
