THE POSITION
Maintaining high-quality records in an organized manner.
Answering phone calls, transferring calls, and taking messages.
Processing appointments, promotions, discipline cases, and transfers.
Supporting stakeholders and colleagues with projects and initiatives.
Communicating and providing a quality service to all stakeholders.
THE PERSON
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Record Keeping: Accuracy in recording, preparing, sorting, classifying, and filing information.
Office Equipment: Familiarity with common office equipment like printers, copiers, and fax machines.
Email and Communication: Ability to send, check, and reply to emails professionally and efficiently.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations.
