We are seeking a culinary professional transitioning to a Front-of-house supervisory role . As a Culinary Supervisor, you will manage buffet and banquet setups, collaborate with event teams, and ensure the safe delivery of food from the Central Production Unit to event sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead buffet and banquet set-ups, ensuring food safety from preparation to delivery
- Coordinate with event teams and ensure smooth execution
- Oversee ordering, stock control, and HACCP compliance
- Manage administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting
- Supervise and support team members to maintain high service standards
The Person:
- Culinary background with experience in corporate catering
- Previous supervisory experience and strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and basic administration
- Good computer and communication skills
- Supervisory – Food safety Certificate
