The Role
As the Marketing Co-Ordinator you will focus on the following key areas and provide general administrative support to the Administration Manager.
This role is responsible for
Marketing
Assist to develop and implement a marketing plan to incorporate
Email marketing
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote RLA products and services.
- Manage email marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for improvements.
Social media management
- Create, schedule and publish engaging content across RLA's social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback and opportunities for engagement.
- Track and report on social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
Website management
- Assist in upgrading and maintaining the RLA website.
- Ensure website ongoing content is current, accurate and optimised.
- Work with external developers or IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
Content creation
- Write and edit compelling content for various marketing materials including newsletters, blogs and website updates.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all communications.
Client communications
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Generate communications from client management system.
Administration Support
- Supporting Administration Manager with daily office/ administration tasks.
- Assist with RLA accounting package.
- Assist with managing client data base.
About you
Skills
- Previous experience in marketing is essential.
- Graphic design experience would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
We are looking for an enthusiastic go-getter to join the team to assist our Administration Manager.
The successful candidate will be required to complete pre-employment checks such as Police Check.
This is a part-time position approximately 24-30 hours per week.
