As Our Training And Development Officer, You Will:- Design and deliver presentations, webinars, information sessions, program inductions, facilitation, workshops and other training to enhance business outcomes and support the achievements of the National Fire Ant Eradication Program (NFAEP) goals.

As Our Training And Development Officer, You Will:
- Design and deliver presentations, webinars, information sessions, program inductions, facilitation, workshops and other training to enhance business outcomes and support the achievements of the National Fire Ant Eradication Program (NFAEP) goals.
- Adapt training programs to suit diverse learner needs, incorporating a variety of learning styles to ensure inclusivity and engagement.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust approaches for continuous improvement
- Utilise interpersonal, communication and organisational skills in a complex environment with competing priorities and deadlines. This includes the ability to communicate, negotiate and liaise effectively both in writing and orally.
- Identify possible training opportunities to enhance business outcomes and support the achievement of NFAEP goals.
- Plan, research, create, facilitate and review the delivery and assessment of training programs and resources.
- Liaise with and develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support training initiatives and meet desired outcomes.
- Contribute to a highly performing team, including the development of standards and procedures, knowledge sharing, collaborating with others, and encouraging team development activities.
- Contribute to the maintenance of information management and other administrative systems to monitor and record training and assessment.
- Continue ongoing personal development and training to ensure best practice in the effectiveness of personal and instructional skills and use of programs.
- Model a positive workplace culture utilising strong interpersonal communication to enable the delivery of effective and timely services and provide leadership, coaching and support to team members and to other NFAEP staff.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from a registered tertiary institution or relevant experience in a similar role
- Ability to travel to other NFAEP Depots as required.
