About the Role
Due to our rapid growth we are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our Carole team as a Mechanical Fitter. This person must be willing partake in a mix of field work and workshop requirements.
You will either have experience with, or be willing to learn and be responsible, for complete hydraulic systems and all affiliated components including but not limited to;

• Pumps
• Lineal and rotary actuators
• Valving
• Accumulators
• High force tooling
• Completing grease and fuel system installations
• Providing exceptional service to customers.

These are integral roles to the business. Day-to-day in the role, you will:

• Be working closely with and mentoring apprentices;

• Complete all administration of job records accurately and efficiently;

• Ensure that work is carried out to the highest quality level;

• Ensure that customer service levels are of the highest standard;

• Ensure continuous improvement to service levels and look for better ways to do things.

About you
To succeed in this role, you will have a disciplined and mature work ethic, as well as the ability to work unsupervised.
To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Mechanical Trade Certificate or similar;
• Experience working in hydraulics would be highly beneficial, however further training in hydraulics will be provided;
• Diagnostic and fault finding skills;
• Current Australian Drivers Licence.
