We are seeking an experienced and ambitious New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our supportive team at our Broome Dealership.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Selling new & used vehicles
- Gaining business from new and existing customers
- Meeting Key Performance Indicators
- Monitoring new and used vehicle sales revenue, margin, and expense performance
- Understanding customer objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes
- Assisting customers in the selection and purchase process of new and used vehicles
- Ensuring that you provide top level customer service
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about all vehicles and products
- Ability to understand cost benefits reasoning analysis among product range and communicate to clients
- Identifying and exceeding our customer’s needs, with in-depth advice and service
You will have an impressive and proven track record in retail sales, a desire to achieve results, the ability to meet sales targets and the ambition to succeed.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous dealership experience would be advantageous however, we welcome anyone with a strong sales background to apply.
- Ideally have experience using the dealership management system Revolution/Tune
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- The ability to achieve results & profile customer needs
- Vehicle Sales Licence is desirable
- A current valid driver’s licence
Ideally you will have previous sales experience in the retail automotive industry; however, we welcome all candidates with a strong sales background to apply.
