Join our Dynamic Team as a Principal Consultant, Psychosocial Hazards
Women's and Children's Health Network (WCHN) is searching for a Principal Consultant, Psychosocial Hazards to join People and Culture team during an exciting time of growth and innovation.
As the leading provider of specialist care for children, women, babies, and young people in SA, WCHN offers state-of-the-art healthcare and a wide range of community-based services that reach families across the state.
In the role of Principal Consultant, Psychosocial Hazards, you will focus on:
- Foster a collaborative environment by leading and advising on organizational development strategies that address psychosocial risks, ensuring alignment with management and senior leadership to create sustainable, positive change."
- Proactively design and implement effective mechanisms to prevent, mitigate, and respond to psychosocial health risks, even amidst high service demands, economic pressures, and a rapidly changing environment."
- Ensure a comprehensive and effective approach to psychosocial hazard risk assessment, maintaining alignment with organizational priorities and strict adherence to relevant legislative standards to safeguard the well-being of individuals and teams."
- Source, procure, and manage expert external consultants to support the delivery and implementation of psychosocial risk assessments and corrective actions, ensuring the successful execution of these critical initiatives.
