Chisholm is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join the Community & Social Services team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Administrative Officer you will be accountable for providing customer service, administrative and operational support and service as well as responsibilities for any allocated specific activities and projects within the Community & Social Services business area.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with a strong client focus, with demonstrated experience in building client relationships and ability to provide excellent telephone, face-to-face and email advice and support to a diverse range of people.
You will have demonstrated experience in confidently and courteously liaising with people at all levels, with a commitment to providing a high level of customer care and client satisfaction.
You will also have proven experience in providing administrative support in a complex working environment together with demonstrated experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Qualifications required for the role:
Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent experience in a similar role
