About the Role:
Quality Control Assistant is a very important role to ensure all the critical control points, and quality control is monitored during production. This means that defects can be identified early in the process, followed by appropriate actions taken before product can be released.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring production process through routine visual inspection of the products
- Conduct and record Metal checks, gas checks, label checks, and product assessment etc.
- Ensure Factory compliance to GMP.
- Working closely with production to ensure delivery of high-quality products.
- Pre-operational inspections
- ATP swabbing
- Black bag audits
- Any other duties necessary to ensure the responsibilities of the role are executed.
Skills & Experience:
- HACCP trained (Desired).
- Experience in a similar role
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated self-management skills including effective time management, multi-tasking and organising skills.
- Previous experience in FMCG highly regarded.
