T he Role
We are seeking a Power Automate Specialist to work closely with the accounting department to create and optimise automations, such as the patient billing system. This role will help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows to support the accounting department.
- Focus on automating the patient billing system and other accounting processes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing automations to ensure smooth operations.
- Deliver training to the broader team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to effectively manage and maintain automation processes.
- Utilise Microsoft Power Automate and related tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
Preferred Experience:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate and the Power Platform.
- Familiarity with accounting processes and systems, particularly patient billing automation.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate for this Power Automate Specialist role will have a strong background in designing and implementing automated workflows, with a particular focus on accounting processes such as patient billing systems. A proactive, collaborative approach and strong communication skills will be key for working closely with cross-functional teams, especially in a healthcare setting.
Key Attributes:
- Proven experience in Power Automate development and workflow automation.
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems and processes, especially in relation to billing and financial operations.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power BI, is highly beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimise existing automation solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and guide teams on automation best practices.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, especially accounting and finance departments, to identify areas for process improvement.
