The Job
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with the brand’s identity and strategic objectives. This role involves collaborating with the Brand Design Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality creative assets across digital and print platforms.This is a unique opportunity for a permanent full-time graphic designer role.
What You’ll Do

Develop and execute creative designs that reflect the brand's identity across various mediums, including digital, print, and social media.

Collaborate with and take creative direction from the Brand Design Manager to ensure designs meet the company’s strategic and branding goals.

Create and maintain a consistent visual style by adhering to established brand guidelines and contributing to their evolution.

Work closely with the global marketing and product teams to produce marketing materials, campaign visuals, and product assets.

Prepare and optimize design assets for use across web, print, and multimedia platforms.

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to introduce fresh ideas and approaches to projects.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Assist in maintaining and organizing the company’s library of brand assets, templates, and guidelines.
What You’ll Bring

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proven experience as a professional graphic designer,, preferably in branding or marketing.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design across various mediums.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with design tools for UX/UI (e.g., Figma, XD, Sketch) is a plus.

Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Creative Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering innovative design solutions.
