Description

We have an exciting full time, 2-year fixed term opportunity to join the GMHBA team based in our head office with hybrid working options available.
We are seeking a visionary Solutions Architect to lead key projects within our company-wide digital transformation program that will redefine how we engage with customers and drive business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to architect the future of our business by leading a seamless integration of market-leading technologies across our enterprise, including CRM for enhanced customer engagement, Finance for streamlined operations and HR systems for talent management—all while ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with our digital transformation strategy.

You will be part of a dynamic team, playing a critical and integral role in our ambitious digital transformation journey that will propel our organisation into a new era of efficiency and innovation.


Skills And Experiences

About you
As the ideal candidate, you’ll need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 1 year’s participation in solution architecture.
• Solution Architecture experience, developing reusable processes and artefacts and maintaining relationships across diverse organisational stakeholders.
• Experience of modelling and design across all Solution Architecture layers, including business process, data, security, application, integrations, network, and infrastructure components.
• Experience with cloud platforms, and an understanding of cloud architecture and deployment models.
• Strong understanding of system integration, API design and microservices.
• Ability to analyse business requirements, identifying gaps and translating into actionable technical requirements.
• Ability to interact and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, developers, and vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and prepare clear technical documentation.

The following skills are also highly desirable:
• Enterprise architecture experience, with a deep knowledge of its relationship to solutions and projects.
• Experience with the Private Health Insurance industry or similar.
• Experience in large system implementations and migrations (e.g. CRM, ERP)
• Industry certification (e.g. Cloud architecture, TOGAF)
• Project management and organisation skills.
• Experience working in and implementing Agile delivery frameworks.
