Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales professional to join our team, specialising in the education furniture sector. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our presence within schools. Your goal will be to provide tailored furniture solutions that meet the needs of educators and administrators, ultimately helping to create effective and inspiring learning environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Engage: Identify potential clients and build relationships within the education sector.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including principals, administrators, and procurement teams.
  • Needs Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and recommend appropriate furniture solutions.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our education furniture offerings.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including project management, and customer service, to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional customer experience.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create, build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of education furniture products and trends is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
