This role will work in collaboration with stakeholders to coordinate contract processes and funding applications and to support the review and endorsement of tenders, contracts and compliance requirements

About the role

We are seeking a values-driven and proactive Contract Services Coordinator! You will coordinate contract processes and funding applications to support endorsement of tenders.
Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, this is a permanent Full-time position, based in Blackburn, VIC.

You will successfully

  • Prepare new documents, review existing documents and advise on appropriateness of terms and conditions, KPI’s, Compliance items and outcomes associated with the delivery of funded services
  • Advise Heads of Department, General State Managers, and Service Managers on Compliance requirements within Agreements, confirming they are documented within the contract management system
  • Work with PRSJ Contract Services team members in areas of expertise, contributing to the development of processes and procedures
  • Take responsibility for specific areas of Contracts and processes as required
  • Support the development and submission of Tenders and Grants as required
  • Manage documentation through the Zen-desk system, using agreed processes and timeframes

You will have
  • Tertiary level qualification in relevant discipline or Proven experience in related field
  • Experience, (2 years plus) in community services sector
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contract management practices and protocols
  • Demonstrated abilities in compliance management and/or legislative change
  • A current and valid VIC Working with Children Check
